I think in this case, the nerds need to hire a graphic artist. Be real nerds you should know better, right person for the right job.
I greatly appreciate your appreciation/homage to the four most well-known science communicators in our time.
I have to say that I really did not understand the bottom right drawing. Overall the drawings lacked appeal and execution. Still want to se the final project, though.
Sometimes people make mistakes with mistyping .
That's all part of being in the Nerd World. "Hay" good luck with Top 30 vote...My nickname is Haynasty for real...
"Nasty" come from ladies I worked with. I was made fun of and talked about inter office msn chat. "Hay" come from my love in agriculture background of hay. Took the name on when I come home to work. Thanks!
Thank you for the support! How did you get the nickname.? That sounds like a very interesting story ;) Lisa- Team nerd nite
Um...do you mean Mr. Hadfield, the Canadian astronaut? I'm not sure who Mr. Hatfield is. Sorry guys.
Yes, that is a typo, unfortunately missed, thank you for letting us know :) team nerd nite
Love the last drawing of DeGrasse etc. Having seen the jetpack live in action I can say it's tough to capture in a drawing, but I think you did a great job conveying the scale of the space needed to contain it. Nice!
not the best artwork in the world, but these panels do succeed in communicating the overall concepts.
Great job Nerdy Ladies. I really need to go to a Nerd Nite soon. I am looking forward to more stuff!
I know it could be difficult designing an art concept for a documentary. Who knows what will get caught on camera, who, where, and when, right? But these drawings, as simple as they are, do a fantastic job of informing me about the components of the film. #UberTim
These concepts show the breadth of what Nerd Nite offers. I think they could have shown the trivia components and how Nerd Nite is an international event/project.
Thank you! I agree completely. Those are great ideas! This feedback is very important to help us with future missions :) Lisa - Team Nerd Nite
